Le Blush Bow Exchange/Store Credit Policy


If you’re not satisfied with your Le Blush Bow purchase, you may return it for a Le Blush Bow store credit only within 30 days of purchase. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. Items must be returned in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags still attached. Any items that are labeled as final sale cannot be exchanged or given store credit. Items with stains, marks, perfume scents, bodily scents, accidental tears due to mishandling, or missing items such as: dress tie, included belt, etc., will not be accepted.

All returns and or exchanges must begin the process by emailing us at [email protected]. Please include the name the order was placed under or the order number. Any items not processed through this method will not be accepted and automatically returned to sender.


Please note the cost of a requested return label will be deducted from your store credit. Store credit never expires and will be issued in the form of a digital gift card.


Customers are responsible for all shipping charges both ways.


In the unlikely case that there is a defect with the item(s) you have received we will gladly replace your item and pay for the shipping both ways. Please email us right away! You will have 10 days from the date of delivery to return the item.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY


In the event that you need to cancel your order, it must be done as soon as possible. Please reach out to us via email at [email protected] . Our customer care team will always attempt to accommodate your request. Please note there will be a 3% charge deducted from your refund for any cancelled order. ( Bank refund fee) Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be credited to your original form of payment.


LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS


Le Blush Bow will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items. In the unfortunate case you receive a delivery notification but no package we advise to contact your local post office.
